Refund Policy for Giggles ERP

At Techno Infonet Gujarat Pvt. Ltd., we value transparency and fairness in all transactions. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds, if any, may be considered for Giggles ERP. By purchasing or subscribing to Giggles ERP, you agree to this policy.

General Policy

Once an order is confirmed through a Purchase Order, Proforma Invoice, or finalized in meetings, no refund or money-back guarantee is applicable under any circumstances.

All development efforts, customization, and configurations are carried out strictly as per the scope defined in the Final Quotations, Deal Documents, or Order Confirmation. Changes requested post-confirmation may incur additional charges and are not grounds for refunds.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Order Confirmation: Once the customer has approved the order through written or verbal confirmation.

Development Work Initiated: After development, configuration, or customization work has started, regardless of invoice issuance status.

Scope of Work Defined: If the delivered work aligns with the agreed scope of work but does not meet subjective or additional expectations that were not part of the original agreement.

Customer Delays or Revisions: If delays or incomplete delivery occur due to the customer’s failure to provide timely approvals, resources, or feedback.

Change of Mind: If the customer decides not to proceed after the order has been confirmed.

Exceptional Scenarios for Refund Consideration

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases where:

The work delivered is demonstrably outside the agreed scope of work or does not match the agreed specifications in the Final Deal Document.

The company fails to commence work within the timelines agreed upon during the confirmation stage without valid reasons.

Any duplicate or erroneous payments made by the customer, subject to verification by Techno Infonet Gujarat Pvt. Ltd.

For such cases, refunds, if approved, will be processed after deducting administrative, processing, and applicable development costs.

Order Modifications

Any changes to the order after finalization (e.g., scope adjustments or new feature requests) will require a Change Request Document and may incur additional charges.

These changes do not justify a refund of the original amount.

No Performance-Based Refunds

Giggles ERP delivers software based on the finalized agreements. Performance of the software may depend on external factors such as infrastructure, user input, or third-party integrations, for which no refunds will be issued.

Any dissatisfaction arising from usage outside the agreed-upon deliverables is not eligible for refunds.

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes related to refunds:

Customers must raise a written complaint within 7 days of the issue arising.

Disputes will be resolved as per the arbitration and dispute resolution terms outlined in the Terms and Conditions.

Refund claims beyond 30 days from delivery will not be entertained.

Final Authority

Techno Infonet Gujarat Pvt. Ltd. retains the sole authority to evaluate refund claims and determine the resolution. Decisions made under this policy are final and binding.
